40 Push-up Challenge – Grand Prize $70 HEART RATE MONITOR

In a little more than a month I turn the big 4-0! Celebrate with me by joining in my ’40 Push-up Challenge’!  To enter the contest, once you master 40 push-ups, video yourself, and send me the proof!

Just a few rules:  You are allowed to do them on your knees if needed (women only), or full push-ups if you are able.  All entries must be received by midnight November 1st.

The winner will be announced on my birthday, November 2nd and will receive a brand new Timex Heart-Rate Monitor ($70 value).
