I’m very honored to have made the list of The 50 Best Free Workouts Online. It goes to show how much the YouTube fitness world has grown. I originally started my YouTube channel in 2009, and about 2 years later, Shape Magazine recognized my channel in the 10 Best YouTube Fitness Workouts. With an explosion of content on YouTube, it’s no wonder that the list has now grown to 50!
Actually, I found this article to be very helpful and chock full of amazing fitness professionals and workouts. I was familiar with many of the channels, but there were some great new ones. The original article was written by Dave Smith from the YouTube fitness channel Make Your Body Work.
He said, “There are a LOT of exercise videos online, especially on Youtube, but the ones that made this list are the very best when it comes to teaching you how to exercise at home. These workouts require little to no equipment and are taught by excellent fitness instructors who know their stuff. So take a look through this amazing list and find the perfect fitness instructor who can help you get a great workout done at home.”
I’m passionate about helping participants successfully and safely workout out at home, but hopefully even have a little fun! I love that YouTube allows fitness people with common interests to workout together, like all of my amazing step lovers. We are collectively helping to ‘Keep Step Alive’, all over the world!
I’ve found that the more options you have to help keep yourself moving, especially if you love the particular format, you’ll have a better chance at staying active long-term. What a great day and age we live in! Our options are like never before, and all doable right at home!
I’ve posted one of my most popular Basic step workouts below. Give it a try and let me know what you think. My step participants love this one!
