This is the perfect program for those of you just learning to do step aerobics, or if you’re getting back to your step training again. The beauty of this program is that you can go at your own pace. Start with the first one filmed in Newport, OR and move on to the second one once you’ve mastered the first. If you get confused at any point, you can pause and rewind as many times as you want.
