Jenny’s consulting provides a safe, collaborative environment using education, practical tools, and more than a decade of experience to support lasting, meaningful change. She helps clients understand emotional patterns, build safety and security in important relationships, strengthen self-confidence, and feel better in mind and body.
Jenny is an online fitness professional who encourages people to care for themselves mentally and physically. Her work is grounded in compassion, body respect, movement, and sustainable habits that support the whole person.
Jenny and her husband have been married 25 years and are the parents of four boys. After the sudden loss of their oldest son, Jenny developed a deeper understanding of grief, addiction, and the complicated path toward healing. She is a strong advocate for reducing stigma and honors the lived experiences of sexual and gender diversity.
