Thanks for joining my FREE 30 Day Fitness Challenge!  I have created 2 separate 30 Day Fitness Challenges to accommodate everyone.  If you are one of my steppers, you will follow the workouts here.  As a side note, if you want to try a step workout and don’t have a step, no worries!  All of the moves can be performed on the floor without a step.

Follow the workouts below for my non-steppers.  Simply scroll to which day you’re on, and click the link.  Each link will take you directly to the workout on my YouTube channel.  If you’d rather do a different cardio workout than the one listed for the day, feel free to switch it up!  Just be sure to get your cardio session in.  For my more advanced participants, you can add any additional workout to the one listed.
