Title: Tetons Core & Abs
Level: Beginner-Intermediate

Description: We’ll begin face down with different fun and challenging plank variations. I’ve provided modifications if you need to work up to the full exercise. Then we’ll flip over and finish with V-sits, roll back for windshield wipers, leg shoots, bicycles, and finally stretching.

Description: In this abdominal segment you will tone and strengthen your entire core including abdominal and lower back regions. It begins with plank work then you will flip over to do more traditional crunches, progressing to different variations hitting the obliques, as well as the upper and lower abdominal area. Modifications are provided for the beginner.

Title: Killer Killer Abs
Level: Basic-Intermediate

Description: Do a series of V-sits to help strengthen the core and upper and lower abdominal region then progress to seated oblique twists with an optional weight. Traditional crunches next then progress into reverse crunches, then vertical leg crunches to include the obliques. Flip over for Superman, then on to full planks variations and finish with box position.
