Description: Start with a great warm-up on the step to get every single muscle warm and ready for weights. After the warm-up I’ll take you through 5 fun step combos (3 fun combos, and 2 more athletic combos to really kick the heart rate up). Following each individual step combo we’ll train the body with weights. (Beginning with lower body, then chest and triceps, back, shoulders, and then finishing with biceps and triceps.) We’ll finish out with a nice relaxing stretch.
